Any THC-rich cannabis flower harvested is technically THCA flower. But usually when merchants are promoting THCA flower, they’re technically cannabis flower – ie Kind I cannabis – but are offering it as hemp flower THCA.  Set the jar again in the freezer for 5 or 10 minutes
